This is the latest statistics released by the REBGV on UBC Sales. Sales for property in the $545,000-$715,899 price range have been declining for the past 3 years. While Sales in the $715,900-$1,079,000 price range have been steadily increasing. The reason is because many sales occurred in the Wesbrook Village. Majority of the sales are in this price range. It is also noted that majority of sales are new construction. Indicating that buyers have a preference for new construction.
